It is imperative that we create a thriving future for ourselves. Yes. We can do that. Our thoughts are so powerful that they become things, situations, experiences or people in our lives. We think thoughts that vibrate the cosmos and create our reality (Click Here for more on how thoughts become reality). Unfortunately, others are creating awful narratives of fear and hopelessness during this time, especially around black and brown people. These narratives, told as a result of recent and continuing events, are adding to the already existing mindset of struggle that many people have. Yes, we have challenges, but we can choose how to perceive and meet them.
We must practice envisioning a bright, thriving future for ourselves and our children. We must encourage and demonstrate for our children how to imagine hope, light, love and happiness.. Collectively and individually, what do we want our world to look like? How do we want to feel? What do we want to do? What might some new ways of being look like?
The next New Moon is Sunday, June 21st., 2020. You will be invited to practice a meditation for Beaming and Creating Your Future at 6:30 PM. The energy of the New Moon will amplify our efforts. Practicing the meditation in a group will make it even more powerful.
